In order to offer customers good quality molds and products and better lead time,we set up a project management department:

   1.When new project input,project manager and project engineer will join in the project process,work with engineering team to provide customers DFM report,Mold-flow analysis,Mold design(2D&3D).

   2.During manufacturing period,we will keep customers updated with weekly report contains

 detailed processed pictures.Each mold testing,not only T1 testing,our project engineer will record all the notes and make report well,also provided testing files(testing report,injection parameter,testing video) and samples dimension report for customers.

   3.Before mold shipping,engineers will check the mold carefully one by one accroding to clients’ 

check list and our own check list to ensure mold can run well at customers’ side when they arrived.

   4.After each mold shipped,we will make a detailed record(approved mold 2D&3D design,electrode,

all the testing files mold pics with retative parts,etc) in our computer system all the time,which can ensure mold repair service work well if clients neede after run the molds several years in their side.
